As a team member of Global Portfolio Projects Inc., we bring over 25 years of dedicated expertise in healthcare as Certified Project Managers and Registered Health Information Administrators. I have a strong wealth of knowledge and passion for driving positive change in the healthcare industry. I am a member of The Project Management Institute (PMI) including local chapters, the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS), International Federation of Health Information Management (IFHIMA), American Health Informations Management Association (AHIMA), and local state chapters. I've remained committed to staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

My philosophy revolves around the belief that Health Information Management and Project Management (PM) is the tool for all transformation. My focus specifically lies in patient care settings, pharmaceutical companies, information systems operations, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Community Organizations. All involve meticulous planning and oversight of project planning from inception of the project to execution of the project plan, monitoring, and closure of the project. Our strategic approach revolves around establishing clear parameters, task assignments, and the identification of crucial factors which include "Key Performance Indicators'' (KPIs), ensuring projects are executed efficiently and successfully for sustainability.

At Global Portfolio Projects, we leverage the power of Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives. This approach is backed by extensive research, often in collaboration with industry partners to ensure we implement the most effective practices. Working closely with my dedicated team, we craft assessments, project charters, define scopes, and conduct benefits analyses, customizing each element to fit the unique needs of our clients. This includes strategic planning related to risk management, quality assurance, communication strategies, and resource allocation.
